Information on Muscle Weight Gain
Gaining muscle weight is simply gaining more muscle mass by exercising and decreasing the fatty tissue. Muscle mass can be gained by both who wants to lose weight and who wants to gain weight. Gaining muscle weight would need same amount of preparation and focus as needed for losing weight. There is no way that you don't gain fat while you gain muscle, some amount of fat will be gained when you are looking forward to gain muscle. An athlete's body is different from a normal persons body so don't dream of getting a body like them instantly when you are planning to gain muscle weight. This is because they have different muscle fibers and also they are been doing weight training since their young ages (some might have also got that body using steroids or some illegal substances). Gaining muscle mass in a normal person would simply require eating more and lifting more. When you want to gain muscles our body requires more calories than it burns, these can be gained from calorie dense foods like avocadoes, olives, biscuits, cookies, yoghurt, cheese, milk, butter, eggs, nuts, fish, poultry, and lean meat. Try to add more calories without adding more saturated fat in the diet. Once you increase your calories start lifting weights heavy enough that you can strain your muscle and do specific repetitions at a time.
