Fast Weight Loss

Fast weight loss is what every overweight person or person who wants to lose weight desires. Have you gained the extra weight which you want to put it off in one day or one week? Then how can you expect some magic to happen which will help to lose your weight fast in a day or a week. Any weight that is lost fast is gained faster in more amounts. Be practical and set realistic goals don't aim to lose more than ½ kg per week, 2 kg in a months time is considered decent and good. Consider losing weight by controlling calories in your diet and burning the extra calories by exercising. Control the amount of total fat in the diet to 20% of the total calorie intake and focus on the quality of fat. Saturated fats, trans fats and cholesterol from bakery products, egg yolk, red meat, organ meats and shell fish should be avoided. Vegetables fats, nuts and oilseeds and fish are considered good sources of fat. Also other fried, oily foods, junk foods, sweets, cakes, chocolates, extra strong coffee and tea, carbonated beverages, colas and sodas should be avoided. Focus more on fresh fruits and vegetables and choose whole fruits instead of sweetened fruit juice. Exercise regularly to decrease the fat content and increase the muscle mass in the body and to lose weight faster.
