Healthy Diet Plan

Diet plan is a simple term but it can not be proved practical unless minute details of a person are derived. To plan a person's diet basic detail like age, sex, body frame, lifestyle is essential. Besides the food options and timings would largely depend on the food choices or likes and lifestyle of a person. A diet plan would also vary according to the person's ethnic background, religion and food availability in other words which part of the world a person resides in. So to be precise if you are looking forward for a personalized diet plan it would be wise to provide these above details so I can guide you accordingly. Besides for a healthy body you need to focus on a healthy diet plan and regular exercise.

Diet should basically consist of whole cereals grains and its products, fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, sprouts. Include fish, lean meat, poultry and eggs in moderation for good quality proteins. In general avoid too fatty foods, oil foods, junk foods, processed foods, too much of coffee, strong tea, alcohol, smoking, sweets, bakery products, cakes, chocolates, colas and sodas. Along with these dietary changes it is important to include moderate physical activity in your life; this can be in a form of a simple brisk walk done at a stretch for at least 30-40 minutes for best results.
