The best and healthy weight loss program includes the one that is suitable to you and provides the best results in your case. The most simple concepts or principle involved in such programs are to involve avoidance of a diet shock or starvation. Weight regain is one of the common problems experienced and this requires utmost care. Supplements available commercially might prove useful, but also in turn have side effects. Healthy reduction in weight is seen with an efficient program.

Fast and crash courses are not available. Maintaining the weight, after loss is crucial, thereby preventing from increase. A healthy diet pattern with regular physical activity proves effective. Make some lifestyle changes. Maintenance of timings to eat and avoidance of alcohol and smoking are helpful. Include foods that help in providing phyto nutrients and other nutrients, such as fruits and vegetables. Whole grains, pulses and legumes provide satiety, thereby decreasing the intake. Adequate amount of water is useful in flushing off the metabolic wastes and other toxic substances.
