Exercise to loose body and tummy fat

I am fat and have a big tummy, what kind of exercise will help reduce body and tummy fat?

There are a variety of exercise options with regard to maintaining a normal weight and reducing fat in the body. One of the best ways to start off is to keep account of your calorie intake depending on your calorie needs thus preventing excess weight gain and development of excess fat. An exercise schedule comprising fitness and aerobics in combination with a weight loss diet can help to burn the extra calories and also regulate the body's metabolism.

It is essential that you involve yourself in a body toning or a stomach toning workout in order to tighten and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen. Getting rid of the fat from the stomach and achieving a toned abdomen are completely different goals and will require different approaches to achieve them. A diet low in calories will help the body to get to fat from all the areas including the abdomen. Opt for intensive cardiovascular exercises such as aerobics or swimming to burn fat across the body, including the abdomen. Focus on a set of exercises that aim at the lower end of your heart rate, as effective fat burning takes place in that range. Exercises consisting of sit ups, upper and lower back workouts, abdominal crunches, repeated sets of specific exercises, warm-ups and stretches, front and side abdominal crunches. One must be warned that it takes a great amount of patience in order to achieve a flat stomach as it is not an easy task and requires the right approach and attitude till the results are visible. It is important that you perform your fitness exercises under the guidance of a qualified instructor, till the time you are comfortable and have got a hang of doing it rightly.
