There is no reason to lose weight at 55kgs at a height of 5 feet 2 inches. You are perfectly placed in the correct weight bracket. A height of 5 feet 2 inches must have the weight between 45 to 55 kgs. However you could do well to tone up your body and your muscles and stay fit with incorporating a healthy diet and some exercise. Do not attempt in opting for crash diets or sporadic exercise. Most people in an attempt to lose weight faster tend to skip on breakfast which in itself is a very wrong thing to do. Skipping breakfast or any meals will no doubt reduce the calorie intake for that moment, but will need you much hungrier and the temptation to binge will be higher.
