Exercise and Diet for Reducing Tummy
You have mentioned about your busy schedule, though an insight into your diet pattern is equally necessary. There should be some time, you need to allot for performing exercises. You are getting up early, i do agree. But, if you do not want to compromise on your health, you need to find some time, to perform exercises. Walk to the nearby places, instead of opting for a vehicle. Check out the stairs, rather than using the elevator. Include lots of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Completely cut down on the junk foods, eaten, especially in the workplace.
Brunch on legumes and fresh slices of fruits, instead of potato chips and French fries. Carbonated beverages are completely abstained from, as they increase your calorie intake, without any change in the nutrient level. Alcohol and smoking are better avoided. Try walking to other's cabin, as a part of the physical activity. Bend forward on your chair and raise yourself a couple of time, as it is helpful for the tummy. Abdomen crunch, reverse crunch, Captain's chair are some common abdominal exercises that are performed at the home level. Weight lifting, walking, jogging and swimming are some exercises that prove beneficial in tummy reduction.
