Exercise for Big Belly
Do not panic! Have you ever spoken to your physician regarding this? You have failed to provide information regarding your height. Height and weight are essential for determining the ideal body weight. If you are free of any complications, there is nothing to worry. Abdomen crunches with cardiovascular exercises prove useful. Abdomen crunches are performed by placing the palms behind the head. Bend your knees and lie down flat. Lift your torso. Do these 10 times and gradually increase.
The bicycle exercise is also effective. Lie down and place fingers behind head. Fold the knees to the chest. Lift your shoulders. Bring the left elbow to the right knee and extend a leg to 45 degree. Change sides and increase gradually. The Captain's chair is yet another abdomen tucking exercise. Stand on a chair and hold the arm rest. Press the back and tuck in the abdomen. Lift your knees towards the chest and breathe smoothly. Repeat this for about 15 times. Vertical leg crunch is also effective in reducing the stomach. Lie down and lift your legs in a crossed fashion. Lift your shoulders, by contracting the abdomen. Lower and repeat. Visit a physician for further recommendation.
