Weight loss due to stress
I have lost weight due to stress. please suggest a daily routine for diet, sleep and exercise

Causes and Treatment for Stress
Physical and mental energy are involved in stress. It is a condition which affects the psychological state of an individual. The homeostasis of the system is affected. Innumerable factors result in stress. A particular factor causing stress for an individual might not contribute to stress for the other. Our reaction or capacity to cope up with stress relies on our attitude. Loss of interest, sadness, increased sleep or insomnia, weight loss, thoughts of suicide and loss of appetite are the typical symptoms. Sleep disturbance and dietary imbalance, in your case depends on stress management. The human body has an inbuilt mechanism as a relaxation response. The body puts in all its efforts to come back to normalcy.
Certain hormones are released to restore the energy levels of the body. Identifying the stressor or the stress causing stimulus is half the solution. Laughter is the best medicine. It wards off stress and helps in clarity of thoughts. Endorphins or painkillers in the body are triggered by laughter. It also decreases the stress hormones. Alternative therapies, such as yoga and meditation help in overcoming stress by calming the mind. Breathing exercises also prove beneficial, both physically and psychologically. A well balanced diet devoid of smoking and alcohol is recommended. Caffeinated beverages release adrenaline, thereby increasing the stress. A diet with high fat, high carbohydrate, low fat and low salt is helpful.
