Weight loss diet and exercise

According to your weight and height details that you have provided, your calculated Body mass index (BMI) is 26. Am BMI of 26 indicates that you are overweight, however if you have managed to lose 6 kgs over a period of time, it is commendable that you have stuck to your regime and have observed thorough discipline. To complement your exercise schedule, consume citrus fruits or citrus juices after your workout. However cut down on the sugar and preferably have the juices without the sugar, you can add honey if you prefer sweeter taste. Concentrate on abdominal exercises; ask your trainer to focus on these areas for a longer period to tone up the muscles around the abdomen and hips.

Certain factors such as the size of the foods you are consuming, the food portions, and the types of food you are being served and the size of your food plate may probably be subtle shapers to your eating habits.
The best way to avoid these triggers is to become more conscious of such environmental factors that may be causing the stubborn resistance to losing weight.

Learn to make smart decisions based on the cues of what may be sabotaging your diet and you will be able to control that weight gain.
