Diet to increase weight

For identifying the ideal body weight, it is imperative you also mention your height or how tale you might be. If you are experiencing weight loss that has been a recent and unintentional phenomenon and you are constantly tired, then you must visit your doctor in case to detect any underlying health issue. Before you attempt to gain weight, check for health issues, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. If you knowingly cut back the amount of food you eat, and have a worry that you may be gaining unnecessary weight then you may have an eating disorder. To check for signs that you may have a disorder, maintain a food diary for fortnight and you will be amazed to know a lot more than about your eating habits and to identify where you can add calories.

Your body needs to consume more calories than it is burning.

Combine the extra calorie intake with a good measure of toning exercises to develop the muscles. However do not attempt at heavy exercises or get too active during the day. If you are inclined to be on your feet for the better part of the day then find the time to relax each day for 10 minutes per hour of activity.
