I am having diabetes post sugar 180-200 I am scared of taking friuts, which fruits I can take......also suggest what salad beside normal cuccumber, radish,tomato ect can i take

You can take orange and pears.You can take tomato soup, cuccumber and radish.
In summer season, you can take black berry (Black berry).This is more benificial for diabetes.
