Weight gain remedy

Hi im 15 and i feel im underweight !! Can i get a chart where i can gain a little pounds !! I weight about 86 and i believe the normal weight is about 110-115 !

Tips for Weight Gain 

Height and weight with age are essential for determining the ideal weight. Check out with your physician or nutritionist regarding your ideal body weight. Calorie increase is the simplest way to increase weight. But, care is essential to choose the right kind of foods from the food pyramid. Fried and fatty foods are considered, provided, the limits are not exceeded. They contain Trans fats and other saturated fats and is not a healthy way of weight gain.

Simple and complex carbohydrates are recommended. The former provide carbohydrates and the latter provides the required fibre, in addition. A balanced diet is vital for weight gain and is spread at regular intervals. Four to five meals are preferred, instead of three. Healthy sources of protein are included, such as poultry, legumes, meat, seeds, nuts, poultry and fish.

Essential fatty acids, namely omega 3 is important for certain metabolic processes and is achieved from good sources, namely flax, tuna, walnuts and salmon. Certain protein powders or supplements are mixed used with fruit juices or milk. Complex carbohydrates in vegetables, legumes and fruits provide the required fibre. Weight lifting helps in enhancing muscles.
