Weight gain remedy

i m 30 m & i m under weight i want to gain weight & fats in my body .my weight is 54kg.

Advice for Weight Gain 

Are you sure that you are underweight? As information on your height is not available, i have the least idea about your ideal body weight. Gaining weight in the form of muscles is a good alternative. Try your hands on bench presses, barbell rows and dumb bells. These kinds of exercises enhance the muscle formation.


Increase in calories help in weight gain. Always resort to healthy methods of weight gain.

Avoid junk and fried foods. Processed foods are considered to a certain extent, as the levels of sodium in such foods are high. Flaxseed oil and soya oil provide omega 3 fatty acids. Saturated fats in coconut oil, hydrogenated fats, butter and clarified butter are restricted. They are not the main source of calorie for weight gain. Avoid smoking.

Alcohol intake helps in increasing the calories, though it's not the right option to be opted for. It has empty calories, thereby contributing to no other nutrients. A daily supply of fresh fruits and vegetables provide the essential nutrients, phyto nutrients, antioxidants and fibre. A balanced diet is vital for a healthy weight gain. Commercially available protein supplements prove beneficial.
