Losing weight at certain areas alone, is not possible. It depends on your body, regarding the area that is losing the extra fat, at first. The guidelines to lose weight in any other part of the body are to be followed. Eating a vegetable and fruit diet is of great help, with minimal simple carbohydrates. Avoid preparing foods in a delicious manner!


 

Opt for poly unsaturated fats and mono unsaturated fatss Avoid saturated food, such as vanaspathi (hydrogenated fat), clarified butter, butter and coconut oill Adequate intake of water is helpful in flushing off toxins and cleansing the systemm A decoction of fenugreek seeds is supposed to be beneficial against weight losss It can be enhanced by adding a tea bag and sugarr This is effective, when consumed thrice a dayy

Avoid crash diets, as you might face complications at the later stagess One and a half grape fruit per day is helpfull It is also taken in the juice formm It burns the excess fatt Exercises, such as aerobics, cycling and jogging are helpfull Walking is yet another easy way to shed those extra poundss Avoid weight loss pills and other unnatural sources of weight losss
