Skin Complexion Improvement

Skin complexion improvement is something that all of us hope for, and the desire to have healthy, glowing skin goes beyond color. Our skin, especially facial skin, is one of the most important features of our looks. A blemish free, beautiful skin can make you look worth a million dollars. It not only makes you happy but also boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem. Babies, for instance, are born with healthy, glowing, and rosy skin.

With time, however, the skin becomes thicker and we lose the charm and softness that our skin once had.
Skin complexion improvement, as well as the improvement of the texture of the skin, takes time. Although there are many ways to achieve skin color improvement and skin tone improvement, the best way to do it is to periodically remove the dirt clogging the pores and the dead skin. Removing dead skin and dirt allows you to keep your skin free of any problems like acne and blackheads.

A well-balanced diet is also important in maintaining a healthy complexion. Ideally, your food should include all kinds of vitamins and minerals. If you eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, grains, and dairy products, your skin will remain adequately hydrated and free of any blemishes. Drinking lots of fluids can also help you improve skin color and texture. Since water can help flush out toxins from the body, it is recommended that to have healthy skin, it is best to have lots of water every day.

It is also important to keep your skin moisturized at all times. A moisturizer essentially keeps your skin soft and supple. You can use a nourishing cream on your skin just before you go to bed. The skin usually rejuvenates at night. Any skin applications you use at night are absorbed well into the skin and help the skin glow. Adequate sleep is another important way of keeping your skin nourished and beautiful. Get adequate sleep of at least seven to eight hours at night. This sleep is as important to your body as is nutrition. When you get a good night’s sleep, you not only improve your complexion but also ensure skin repair, improving fine lines and wrinkles. If you do not get adequate sleep, you can see black circles forming under your eyes. Sleep also reduces stress and helps keep you emotionally charged. Proper exercise is an excellent way to keep your body and your skin healthy. It is important to include an exercise program in your daily routine, as this not only improves muscle tone but also regulates blood flow that can then make your skin appear better. Lack of oxygen due to poor blood circulation can often result in the lack of nourishment to the skin.

Apart from this, there are simple and effective home beauty treatments or skin remedies that you can use. Try and avoid the chemically laden beauty products that could cause the alteration of your skin texture and ultimately destroy the beauty and vitality of your skin. Instead, try out home remedies from your kitchen. Lime juice is an excellent natural bleaching agent. Turmeric, gram flour, and honey are also excellent for hydrating your skin, sloughing off dead skin, and improving complexion.

Tips to Regain Complexion

What was the kind of complexion you had? Do you mean soft and blemish less skin? Proper skin care is essential at all part of the day. Avoid going in the sun, devoid of any protection. Improper care results in burns, blemishes and wrinkles. Premature ageing and wrinkles are also common. Intense hours of the sun are avoided, namely10 am to 4 pm. Remove makeup, prior to going to bed.

Avoid harsh chemicals on your skin. Moisturize regularly with commercial moisturizers. Aloe vera gel is equally effective. Use soaps with high total fatty matter (TFM), as they prevent drying of the skin, immediately after bath. Regular facial with cleansing and exfoliation helps in getting rid of the dead cells. Use fruit bleaches, as they are natural and are devoid of side effects.

A toner helps in removing dirt and tightening of the pores. A regular pack of gram flour with milk and honey proves beneficial. Regular massage with your regular cream enhances circulation. Massage is performed with upward motion. It is done with repeated circles and is done against the gravity. Acne, pimples, white heads or black heads are immediately cared for.
