Plants in their original state which are uncooked and raw or alive is known as living foods. Living foods comprise fresh fruits, green vegetables, all types of nuts, edible seeds, sprouted beans and legumes, whole grains etc. Ra foods are also known as living foods incorporate a wide variety of life-sustaining nutrients such as essential minerals, vitamins, amino acids and complex proteins.
