Easy Healthy Weight Loss

Is there anything similar to Easy Healthy Weight Loss programs. I heard about this from a friend, can you tell me something more about this?

Easy Healthy Weight Loss Tips 

Eating the right foods helps in easy healthy weight loss. Healthy weight loss recommends a healthy and balanced diet. Count the calories of what you eat. ‘Eating wise' is helpful. Diet supplements and weight loss surgeries are not recommended.


They are expensive and take a long way to prove them. Drinking water is helpful and an extra glass per day helps in losing around 16 pounds per year. Carbonated beverages, such as soda increase the caloric intake. No other nutrients are supplied.

Eating slowly, with proper mastication helps in understanding the fullness signal from the brain. A healthy diet with the basic five food groups, namely whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables and restricted fat is of great help. A brisk walk, about half an hour everyday is useful. Skimmed milk and skimmed yoghurt are helpful.

Saturated and Trans fats are completely avoided. Poly and unsaturated fats are preferred. Soy, flaxseed and fish oil provide the much required omega 3 fatty acids. Reducing the caloric intake by around 10 per cent without any other modification in the diet is equally effective. Refined and processed foods are avoided. Fresh and whole foods are much preferred. Regular exercise schedule with the dietary modification is necessary.
