    Plan out things beforehand and you will always result in being early or on time.
  2. Forget disturbing events and forgive people who have affected you in a negative way. This world lacks perfection and it is better to acknowledge that fact. 
  3. Complete the task you have taken up. Performing more than one task will break your concentration.
  4. Make a note of your feelings and thoughts in a private journal.



    It can clear tension and give you an improved perception.
  5. Take a break between two tasks. Make proper agendas everyday. 
  6. Talk to a close friend about your personal problems. This will help reduce perplexity.
  7. Envision success before you experience any kind of trepidation.



    Think about every instance of that event. Picture yourself looking smart and concentrate on your presentation.
  8. Water, food and warmth are basic physical requirements. Everything else should be counted as a preference which should not be the main priority.
  9. Help someone with something on a daily basis.
  10. Do not overreact to things that are delayed or stalled. If you don’t get time to clean your house, you can get it done over the next weekend.
  11. Do not carry out any action which would make you lie.
  12. Wake up at least 15 minutes before rising. Waking up early will make your mornings fresh and you will be more relaxed.
  13. Don’t sweat about things that don’t go your way. There is something to learn from every thing that goes wrong.
  14. Stretch your arms and legs frequently if there is no physical activity for long.
  15. Patience and perseverance will help you be a better person.
  16. Switch off your cell phone for at least two to three hours. This way you will not be interrupted and will be able to relax more efficiently.
  17. Conduct tasks which make you feel happy everyday.
  18. Arrange a place for each and everything in your house that is lying around.



    Losing things is quite nerve-racking.
  19. Bring to an end to a pessimistic view about yourself.
  20. Take breaks during work time. This will help you refresh your mind and body by taking it off work.
  21. Procrastination should be avoided at all costs. Complete things beforehand in order to be stress-free.
