If you notice that you are getting very impatient and irritable lately a change in your diet and eating plan is what is probably needed. Protein is found in food such as chicken, tofu, eggs, yoghurt, seafood and veal. Vitamin C also plays an important role in helping the body fight fatigue. Fruits such as grape fruit and oranges are high in Vitamin C content.
Capsaicin which is the key ingredient in hot chilies is responsible for the endorphins the brain sends out as a response to the burning sensation. The endorphins released play the role of a pain killer which provides a temporary high hence boosts your mood.
Water is also an important source as many people don’t realize that if you haven’t got sufficient water it can cause fatigue and mild dehydration. The blood flow in the body to the different organ slows down when you are dehydrated. If you drink plenty of water everyday you won’t feel lethargic. Avoid caffeinated drinks and such as coffee and fizzy drinks as these act as diuretics so you end up loosing more fluids.
