Flax Seed for Weight Loss

Flax seeds are believed to be a natural weight-loss product and a number of health benefits of flax seeds can be derived from consuming them. Another useful characteristic of flax seed is that it contains lecithin which is useful in dissolving the bad cholesterol in the food while it is being digested in the digestive tract. The use of flax seed oil as a sprinkling over salads also makes for a tasty addition in meals.


One can use flax seed oil or coarsely ground or milled flax seed as part of most dishes, to be introduced either while cooking or as a dressing.
