Diabetes is a nutritional disorder in which the blood glucose level exceeds the normal upper limit. You should also take care not to overeat. A simple way of doing this is to eat small but frequent meals at regular intervals throughout the day instead of just a couple of large meals. This makes for better digestion of food.

Eat green vegetables like cucumber and spinach that contain a good amount of water naturally. A very popular natural remedy for treating diabetes is to obtain the juice of raw bitter gourd and have a small cup of this every morning. You should also eat a few cloves of raw garlic just before or during every meal to normalize your blood sugar level. For another remedy, dry out mango leaves completely in shade, then grind them to powder and mix a teaspoon of this powder in a glass of water and drink this infusion every morning on an empty stomach.
